Williams & Fudge's flexible pre-collect program is designed specifically for the needs of your institution. The ultimate goal of the Pre-Collect Program is to create an opportunity to communicate with the borrower and re-direct that borrower to your institution so that the situation can be resolved internally.
Williams & Fudge's Pre-Collect Program enhances and supports the internal efforts of an institution. The Pre-Collect Program when used as an (early in/early out series) is an excellent addition to normal billing for those borrowers whom may still be enrolled or have just left the institution.
The Pre-Collect Program can be used as a final internal collection effort prior to placing accounts with an agency. Pre-Collect letters provide for intervention on past due accounts from a source outside of the institution to encourage repayment. Letter series can be customized on either Williams & Fudge, or institutional letterhead. The frequency and timing of pre-collect letters are determined by the institution. Our system has the ability to transfer any non-responsive accounts into regular collection at whatever age or frequency is desired.
