Institutional Accounts
Not unlike the traditional student financial aid package that is made up from different sources of aid, former students may be indebted to multiple departments within an institution. Student debts owed to institutions may be as diverse as library fines, parking fees, housing fees, and dining charges. Non-payment of institutional debts may impact the operating budgets of various service sectors on campus.

One of our main objectives upon placement of an institutional account is to preserve or reinstate the statute of limitation. Our account representatives are trained to obtain reconfirmation of the debt from the former student whether is be a written proposal or actual payment towards the debt. Reaffirmation of the statute of limitation extends the opportunity for collection in most states.

Williams & Fudge's collection system provides ultimate flexibility in designing a collection program that will fit within the needs of any institution. If desired, institutional accounts can either be set up with separate reporting for each department within the campus, or combined into one report for each former student.
