GARY L. WILLIAMS, CEO.

Gary has been involved and innovative in student loan management since 1978. Since founding Williams & Fudge in 1986, Gary has grown the company to be one of the leaders in the student loan collection industry. Being very knowledgeable of the industry has allowed Gary to speak at many student loan and collection conferences. He personally oversees the management of the cohort default rate reduction for our clients.

Gary recently served as President of ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. He also served in national leadership positions including Vice President, Treasurer, and on the Board of Directors of this 5,400-member organization. This national leadership enables him to communicate with the top government collection agencies in the country. Locally, he was elected by the citizens of Rock Hill to serve on the School Board and serves the community through his church, Boy Scouts, the Museum of York County, and York County Community Foundation.

Since 1980, Bob has been directly involved in the daily operations of student loan management. For eleven years, he directed the fourteen Federal loan programs for the University of South Carolina's nine campuses. Under his leadership, the default rate was drastically reduced from 27.9% to 2.1%.

Bob has served as both Treasurer, Secretary and is currently vice president of COHEAO (Coalition Of Higher Education Assistance Organization). He is also involved on the national scene through recent presentations on Electronic Payments, Web Usuage For Collection Agencies, Agency Interfacing, and Default Reduction Management in conferences held in Florida, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, and Washington. He is in constant communication with the Departments of Education and Health & Human Services on issues facing loan administrators.

Clay has been in the collection industry since 1986. His management experience in the collection industry has equipped Clay to meet the corporate training needs of the Williams & Fudge staff. Clay has earned the degree of Fellow in Collection Business Management, which is the ACA International's highest scholastic achievement award in continuing education. Additionally, public speaking skills make Clay a valuable asset for collection instruction for all of our clients.

Sheila joined the staff of Williams & Fudge as an Account Representative in July of 2004. Her experience in higher education collections, complemented by her prior background in marketing and communications management, will ensure that the Client Services department continues to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Tricia joined the staff of Williams & Fudge as the Human Resources Manager in May 2006. Since 1997, Tricia has managed the Human Resources operations as well as the Safety functions for a wholesaler, retailer and distributor of fuel oils. She has a broad background of experience in Human Resources as well as being an adjunct faculty for a Minnesota Technical College. TriciaÂ’s experience working in a family business will be an asset to the Human Resources mission and strategic goals at Williams & Fudge.

Bob has been involved in all aspects of the collection industry, from account representative to collections and training manager of a major national agency. He has a wealth of knowledge with over 24 years of collection experience and is a valuable resource for the collection teams.

Chad joined Williams & Fudge in the fall of 2003. He is new to the collection industry but not new to the area. Born and reared in Rock Hill, Chad returned upon completion of law school. Following graduation, Chad spent his first year as law clerk for The Honorable John C. Hayes, III of the sixteenth judicial circuit. As growth in the company continues, Chad will provide an important legal prospective.

Sharon joined Williams & Fudge in the summer of 2003 bringing eleven years of progressive experience in business management with emphasis in accounting, financial management, and management information systems. Sharon has adapted her knowledge to aid in the internal and external support needs of the company from day-to-day administrative functions to electronic data transfers. Sharon helps position Williams & Fudge for the future.

Chris joined us after having worked extensively in management and training with a large national company. He has a wealth of business knowledge and a vast understanding of the importance of customer/employee relations. After four years as a sales representative, Chris was promoted to his current position in January 2003.

Having been in the newspaper industry since 1978, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge to Williams & Fudge in the areas of sales, management, training, and coaching. Andy’s commitment to numerous boards and organizations within the community show his desire to develop strong partnerships as a foundation for the future.

From 1977 to 1992, BJ was employed by Wachovia Services (Academic Management Services - "AMS") in the customer support area. For seven years, she traveled the Southeast, training hundreds of college loan administrators in the management of their loan programs. BJ's expertise includes collection agency interfacing, program regulations, and program reconciliation.

Hired in December of 2003, Bobbi Jo works out of her Oakland, California office and represents Williams & Fudge on the West Coast. Bobbi Jo has made an impact with her sales experience in the collection industry since 2001.

From 1999 to 2003, Michael was employed by ACS, formerly AFSA Data Corporation, as a senior sales manager. Michael covered several states across the country selling products and services to the higher education marketplace. His expertise in managing clients' needs and forming lasting relationships will blend well with the collection industry.

Dave joined Williams & Fudge as an Account Representative in February of 2005. Dave has prior sales experience as a District Trainer for a pharmaceutical company and customer service knowledge via the cheerleading industries. He is a former Cheerleading National Champion and currently a professional cheerleader for the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats.
